The SAP ARIBA Functional Analyst is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands on experience as SAP ARIBA.
He/she is a good team player, who is part of a team responsible for delivering end-to-end application support/development services to customers. He/she collaborates with professionals in the regional and worldwide DXC Application Services community to leverage modern solutions and brings SAP ARIBA expertise to ensure applications are supported/developed as per Solution & Design
The main goal is to ensure DXC delivers application services and to continuously improve our maturity in processes and technology, resulting in best-in-class technology implementation
The Analyst is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills.

Essential Job Functions

Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Ariba Buying , Ariba master data & Invoicing and in Ariba Network (for requirements gathering, configuration and testing)
Functional Consultant with expertise in data loads (upload of organisational objects, suppliers, user master data, cost centres, payment terms, exchange rates, etc) with expertise in Ariba Catalog (to create internal catalogues) to work with customer to extract data and coordinate data cleansing.
Ariba Change Manager for Ariba Supplier Enablement and Catalogue Enablement with previous experience in a similar position to work with the SAP Supplier Enablement lead and HSE Procurement to onboard suppliers.
Responsible for Leading and Conducting workshops to understand the requirements of the Client and Develop the To-Be process, mitigate the gaps and support in the design and developments of the RICEF objects & S/4 Hana integration.
Convert documented requirements and proposed solutions into solid systems designs to be developed. Analyze the design to understand areas of impact and develop test plans accordingly.
Configure SAP system to meet design needs.
Work with ABAP developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs.
Develop Test strategies and execute application test plans.
Troubleshoot reported systems issues, using data analysis and debugging tools as necessary.
Provide support to Business Users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Logistics Execution.
Materials Management & ARIBA Experience is Mandatory.
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in ARIBA (Extended Warehouse management) within SAP S/4 HANA.
At least 2 Full Lifecycle Implementation (Configuration) in SAP ARIBA is required.
Good Knowledge and Understanding of SAP Logistics Execution System Architecture.
Familiar with Supply Chain Business Models, SAP ARIBA and FIORI Technologies.
Exposure to Integration between SAP and Legacy Systems.
Certification in ARIBA
Excellent Organizational, Planning and Communication Skills.
