Job Description:

Roles/ Responsibilities:

•Technical Though Leader to Lead as DXC with an exposure to manage the customer expectations and create a win-win for customer and DXC.

•Manages strong technical capabilities to lead the transformations to produce agile and scalable multi-cloud environments with through knowledge into private/public cloud

•Should have exemplary exposure to building software defined datacenters.

•Should have exposure to build automation to simplify the customer environments and increase the efficiency and adoption of automation within infra teams.

•Manages and provides strategic leadership to the multiple architects to guide and develop viable solutions and delivery to clients.

• Manages programs, project, scope, schedule, quality, risks and budgets.

• Manages client relationships and frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients

• Manage offering onboarding related Risks, Issues, Opportunities and Mitigations (RIOM). Manage Project and customer issues and escalations.

• Actively grows DxC portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management.

• Assists with multiple customers. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

• Supports business development by engaging with industry, sales and account teams to identify, develop and close new opportunities with an account or client.

• Identifies and develops revolutionary business opportunities with significant impact on the direction of DxC and the company's financial results.

• Provides pivotal guidance on DxC's leading position in the industry.

• Builds strong partnerships with DxC senior management to drive the development of the company's strategy across businesses.

• Has a significant influence on deal strategy, scope and solutions.

• Works in multiple complex disciplines, providing highly innovative solutions.

• Lead client(s) through multi-day on site strategy sessions, workshops, assessments, and provide recommendations on path forward based on knowledge of DxC and industry best practice solutions and services.

Technical Skills:

Industry Recognized Subject Matter Expert with knowledge of multiple and different midrange and virtual platform architectures.
Building Infra using HCI/CI frameworks from HPE,DELL and HITACHI (hands-on MX Series, Synergy, HCI)

Experienced in infrastructure Transition and Transformation in enterprise environments of those platforms.

Demonstrated project management disciplines, skills and experience a plus. PMO or ITIL certifications a plus.

Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across a number of technologies.

Experience delivering in an agile environment

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing to all levels of management.
