Job Description:

Provide strategic planning for assigned accounts
Implements processes to engender one company brand and view to the account
Partners with leaders and teams across the organization to close sales opportunities and improve, redefine processes for results
Achieving revenue goals and profitability targets
Sales: Develop, Validate, Qualify, and Close sales opportunities
Work closely with both internal product teams and/or external vendors to gain more knowledge and skills to provide technical consult to address the variety of customer’s requirements.
Ensures that technical, contractual, administrative, and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to client and company requirements.
Coordinates with other sellers and account managers to leverage resources and solutions to replicate sales and meet growth objectives.
Interfaces directly with clients daily to progress opportunities, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships, and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.
Leads sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business solutions to moderately sized clients.
Carries quota aligned to the scope of territory and/or services.
Works closely with the client relationship and account management to develop an account development plan for accounts within the assigned sales territory

At least 5 years of experience in selling & closing deals in enterprise services space in one of the following areas: Application Managed Services, Infrastructure Managed Services, Systems Integration/Implementation Cloud Enablement & Migration
Minimum of 7 years of experience selling to Products/Services clients within industry solutions (Banking, Financial, Insurance, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing)
Minimum of 6 years Client Relationship and delivery experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in direct sales with a quota of $3M or more
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for large scale business entities
Experience selling new and emerging technologies
Proven sales leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities
Client facing/Client engagement
Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives
Global & international networking experience
High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to interface and negotiate
