What you will be doing

This role is a critical role within national operations of DXC Connect and is seeking a senior, self driven, experienced and customer centric individual who has the desire to make every aspect of the job successful and is a trusted advisior within the business. This is a hands on role requiring individual to own the end to end processing of customer orders.

End to end management of all inter company orders that are high value in nature.
Monitor open orders, billing, inventory and other key reports
Liaising with internal and external customers to help facilitate issues around post sales operations
Manage escalations, process and efficiency of delivery of equipment both from the vendor or from own warehouse.
Coordinate with operations team to build a customer facing reports as and when required
Hands on professional who will not hesitate to learn end-to-end post sales operations
Purchasing via vendor online ordering tools and other supporting systems.
Facilitate and support industry teams to ensure we continuously support the tier 1 accounts within DXC Technology coveraged account portfolio
Provide support to all other administrative and operational duties as required within the department

The skills you will bring

CRITICAL

SAP experience
Minimum 5 years in stock management, post sales and customer service environment
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Manage time effectively and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE

Previous experience within an IT / Services business
Previous experience in a Procurement / sales support or business Operations function
