Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and usage metrics to uncover actionable insights

  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle and product lines

  • Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and flowcharts based on research findings

  • Draft clear, consistent UX microcopy and documentation that aligns with user needs

  • Work with designers, product managers, and developers to iterate on prototypes and improve the overall user experience

  • Present research findings and content recommendations to stakeholders

  • Select appropriate testing methods (interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, concept testing, field research, etc.)

  • Partner with product managers, delivery/capability partners, to ensure availability and usability of consistent reporting from key data sources

  • Translate complex findings into clear insights, visuals, and other UX content that supports product training or product sales enablement

  • Partner with the Workplace Experience Product Manager, UX leaders, and product managers to support enablement and adoption readiness initiatives

  • Provide evidence‑based guidance that influences product strategy, feature definition, and experience improvements

  • Advocate for user needs and accessibility considerations in product discussions

  • Support workshops, share insights, and help execute key initiatives to improve customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to research standards, templates, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a UX Analyst, Researcher, and/or Content-focused role, ideally in product‑focused environments (experience in a hybrid role a plus)

  • Strong command of mixed‑methods research and the ability to choose the right approach for the problem

  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders

  • Ability to communicate insights in compelling, concise, and visual ways

  • Familiarity with service design, journey mapping, and systems thinking

  • Experience with UX and content design tools (i.e. Miro, Mural, Figma, etc.)

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $76,700 – $142,500.
