Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Development and Customization:

o Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application.

o Create and modify forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and reports to tailor the system to business requirements.

· Integration and Data Management:

o Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools e.g. D365 DMF

o Oversee data migration processes to ensure accuracy and integrity during data transfers.

· Solution Design and Implementation:

o Collaborate with Functional Consultant and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solution

o Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules and features according to business needs.

· Troubleshooting and Support:

o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O application, including bugs and performance issues.

o Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their use of the system.

o Identify and address system bottlenecks and performance concerns.

· Documentation and Compliance:

o Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and development processes.

· Continuous Improvement:

o Stay current with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365.

o Propose and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Technical Expertise:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation ERP modules – Human Resource Management, Procurement, Inventory and Sales

o Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.

o Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

· Experience:

o 6-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development or a similar role.

o Experience with integration tools and techniques.

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

· Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).

· Experience with cloud-based solutions and Azure services.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
