Job Description:
Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant
Pan India
Immediate to 15 days
Main skillsets : 12 + years exp with expertise is HCM cloud extract, BI reporting, Data Migration, OIC ( nice to have )
Skills and Responsibilities
- Should have at least 3 Implementation Experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Work on building interfaces, reports, testing and deployment assistance.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues/problems.
- Able to give training and facilitate relevant workshops.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Will need to work independently with business user’s Excellent customer facing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Overall 7+ years of experience and should have 5+ years of core experience in HCM Cloud modules – Global HR, Absence, Recruiting & Talent Modules.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization.
- Should have strong experience in HDL & Design Studio.
- Should be able to debug issues and provide on call support based on project needs.
- Excellent experience in end-to-end implementation
- Good knowledge on Quarterly Releases.
- Should be able to Write and execute test cases independently.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with client facing role.
- Certifications in any stream of HCM Cloud Modules
- Techno-Functional Experience.
