- Catégorie: Service and Program / Project Management Group
- Type d’emploi: Full time

Job Description:
We're building a next-generation AI-powered enterprise platform that will transform how we deliver managed services to global enterprises. We need Technical Project Managers who live and breathe SDLC, see problems three steps ahead, and can translate complex technical delivery into executive clarity. You'll be the backbone ensuring we ship production-grade software with discipline and precision.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end technical project execution across platform engineering and cross-functional teams.
- SDLC governance and delivery rigor – from sprint planning through production deployment, ensuring every release meets quality gates
- Proactive risk mitigation – identifying technical dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery risks before they become problems
- Jira ecosystem mastery – designing workflows, dashboards, and automation that give real-time visibility into project health
- Cross-functional coordination – synchronizing work across product engineering, platform engineering, architecture, and customer teams
- Technical delivery processes – building and evolving practices that scale from startup mode to production-ready operations
- Executive reporting – synthesizing complex technical status into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Release readiness – driving the discipline required to ship enterprise-grade capabilities on schedule
What Success Looks Like
- Engineering teams know exactly what to build, when, and why – with zero ambiguity on priorities
- Leadership has complete confidence in delivery timelines and receives no surprises
- Risks are surfaced early with mitigation plans already in motion
- Cross-team dependencies are mapped, tracked, and resolved proactively
- Every sprint delivers measurable progress toward project milestones
- Quality gates are enforced – nothing ships that isn't production-ready
- Post-mortems happen, lessons are captured, processes improve continuously
Required Experience
- 8+ years in technical project management roles within software development organizations
- Deep SDLC expertise – you've shipped complex enterprise software through complete development lifecycles multiple times
- Jira power user – you can design board configurations, automation rules, custom workflows, and executive dashboards in your sleep
- Agile/Scrum practitioner – you've run sprints, managed backlogs, and coordinated across multiple teams
- Technical fluency – you understand CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and can hold detailed conversations with engineers
- Enterprise software delivery – you've managed projects with distributed teams, complex integrations, and demanding customers
- Proactive problem-solver – your superpower is seeing around corners and solving problems before they impact delivery
Strong Preference For
- Experience with platform or SaaS product development
- Background in managed services, enterprise IT operations, or AI/ML platforms
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications
- Track record in high-stakes, time-sensitive product launches
- Confluence, Asana, or similar tooling expertise beyond Jira
- Experience establishing project management discipline in fast-moving environments
What You Bring
- Strategic synthesis – you connect dots across initiatives and translate technical complexity into business impact
- Operational excellence – you build systems, not just manage tasks
- Bias for action – you escalate when needed but solve independently whenever possible
- Attention to detail – nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Change resilience – you thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift
- Collaborative leadership – you influence without authority and build trust across teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Advanced degree or technical certifications a plus
