Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Hybrid from Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków or Gdańsk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to support daily payroll operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll-related processes. The role involves close cooperation with employees, internal stakeholders, auditors, and external institutions. This position offers an opportunity to build long-term expertise in payroll within a stable corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting, distributing, and managing payroll-related correspondence
- Handling payroll-related inquiries through the ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating with employees and internal stakeholders regarding payroll and time & attendance matters
- Administering the time and attendance system, including monitoring working hours, absences, overtime, and necessary corrections
- Supporting employees and managers in the correct use of the time and attendance system
- Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the Payroll team
- Preparing payroll documentation for auditors and external institutions
- Supporting compliance with internal payroll procedures and applicable regulations
- Assisting with ad-hoc payroll, reporting, and administrative tasks
Requirements:

- Knowledge of German and English (minimum B1/B2 level)

Nice to have:
- Experience in payroll, HR administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience with ticketing systems and time & attendance tools
