Job Description:

• 具 資訊系統專案管理經驗，具銀行、金融或大型企業資訊系統建置／整合專案經驗者佳。
• 負責資訊系統整合專案之規劃、執行、監控與交付，能獨立制定與維護專案計畫、WBS、Milestone、時程及相關專案文件。
• 負責專案 Scope、Schedule、Resource、Risk、Issue、Change 及 Quality Management，掌握專案進度並針對異常提出改善與解決方案。
• 擔任乙方主要專案窗口，負責與銀行客戶、業務單位、IT，以及內部 SA、SD、Developer、QA 等團隊進行跨部門溝通與協調。
• 負責專案各階段之進度與交付管理，包括需求釐清、系統分析設計、開發、SIT、UAT、上線及上線後支援。
• 定期主持專案會議，進行進度、風險、Issue、Action Item 與重大議題追蹤，並製作專案狀態報告及管理階層報告。
• 具良好的時間與資源管理能力，可同時管理多項工作與跨團隊 Dependency，確保專案如期完成並維持交付品質。
• 具良好的邏輯分析、溝通表達及問題解決能力，能主動面對需求變更、時程落差與跨團隊議題。
• 具基本資訊系統架構與軟體開發流程知識，能理解 Application、API、Database、System Integration 等技術議題，並與技術團隊有效溝通。
• 熟悉 Waterfall或 Hybrid 專案管理方式，並能依不同客戶及專案特性進行管理。

加分條件

• 具銀行／金融資訊系統專案經驗，如網路銀行、行動銀行、支付、轉帳、核心／周邊系統或金融系統整合經驗。
• 具 SI / System Integration / Outsourcing 乙方專案管理經驗，熟悉客戶溝通、需求與範疇管理、Change Request 及系統驗收流程。
• 具 Java / Java-based Application 專案背景，或了解 Java、Spring Boot、REST API、Microservices 等企業應用架構。
• 具大型系統整合、Legacy System Modernization 或跨系統介接專案經驗。
• 熟悉 Jira、Confluence、MS Project、Excel 或其他專案管理／協作工具。
• 具良好英文書寫及口語溝通能力，可因應英文文件、跨國團隊或客戶溝通需求。
• 具 PMP專案管理證照者佳。
