About the role

As a DLP Subject Matter Expert, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and operation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across enterprise environments. Your primary responsibilities include conducting requirements and dependency analysis, contributing to DLP design, deploying and integrating DLP tools, and developing, testing, and validating DLP policies. You will also support audit activities, troubleshoot DLP-related issues, and ensure alignment with ITIL processes to maintain robust data protection and compliance standards.

About the team:

We are a senior security operations team responsible for deploying and managing enterprise-grade security technologies. Our expertise spans privileged access management, data loss prevention, encryption, and much more.  Our work is guided by commitment to operational excellence. 

Daily challenges

• Translate business requirements into technical parameters and vice versa
• Be ready for continuous development and changes of the product by vendor
• Collaboration with other internal and also external teams as our service may be affected by many others

eXperience and skills required

• Expertise in DLP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, McAfee). 3+ years
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and dependencies related to DLP deployment.
• Familiarity with other security tools such as PAM, SIEM, encryption, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DLP and other security tools.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate

We offer salary from 2100 EUR/month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
