Roles and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP modules (SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/WM/HR/etc. based on role).
- Provide training, knowledge sharing, and process documentation.
- Participate in regular AMS governance meetings and status updates.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a production support environment.
- Participate in upgrade assessment workshops and readiness checks.
- Analyse existing system landscape, custom objects, and integrations.
- Conduct Simplification Item checks, ATC checks, and custom code impact analysis (for S/4 upgrades).
- Identify high-risk areas, dependencies, and required remediation.
- S/4HANA Skills – Develop and optimize
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP technical architecture, with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering SAP solutions for enterprise clients.
- SAP Certifications in relevant areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, or SAP BTP are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, with experience integrating SAP with third-party and legacy systems.

S/4HANA Skills – Develop and optimize code using:
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- OData Services
- ABAP on HANA best practices
- Core ABAP (reports, enhancements, interfaces)
- Object-Oriented ABAP
- ABAP Dictionary, Interfaces
- Performance tuning
- Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
