Job Description:

工作地点： 上海新天地

工作职责：
1、负责医药行业客户软件开发项目的规划、执行、监控和收尾，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付

2、制定项目计划、WBS分解、里程碑设定，管理项目范围、进度、成本、质量、风险等核心要素

3、主导项目启动会、阶段评审、变更控制及项目收尾验收流程

4、同时管理多个并行项目，合理分配资源，协调跨项目依赖关系

5、确保项目交付物符合医药行业法规要求（GxP、CSV、数据完整性等）

任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理、生物医药等相关专业优先

2、5年以上软件开发项目管理经验，3年以上医药/生命科学行业IT项目服务经验

3、熟悉医药行业核心业务流程：研发（R&D）、生产制造、市场营销、渠道分销、合规监管

4、了解医药行业主流IT系统：ERP（SAP）、CRM（Veeva/IQVIA）、SFE、DTP/DTC、药品追溯系统

5、精通项目管理知识体系（PMBOK），熟练运用敏捷开发方法论（Scrum、Kanban）

6、熟悉软件开发全生命周期（SDLC），理解架构设计、开发、测试、部署各环节

7、优秀的沟通表达和商务谈判能力，能有效管理医药行业客户期望

8、出色的领导力和团队激励能力
