Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI models to address business challenges, from automating content creation to optimizing internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, fine-tune, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models and algorithms.
• Prompt Engineering & RAG: Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve AI accuracy and relevance.
• Data Preparation: Clean, prepare, and manage large datasets to train and improve Generative AI models.
• Optimization: Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency, conducting experiments and hyperparameter tuning.
