About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Canada Sales Leader to own and grow our Consulting and Engineering Services (CES) portfolio across the Canadian market. CES encompasses our end-to-end technology consulting, systems integration, and engineering delivery capabilities, helping clients modernize operations, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock lasting business value.

This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with player-coach responsibilities. You will own the regional go-to-market strategy, drive net-new pipeline, and lead complex pursuits from qualification through close — while also enabling and aligning the broader sales ecosystem around CES offerings.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales, North America, and collaborate closely with industry leaders, offering managers, and delivery organizations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Develop and execute the regional GTM strategy for CES offerings, aligned to Canada's highest-priority industries and growth plays.

  • Define differentiated value propositions and competitive positioning for each target vertical.

  • Drive pipeline creation and maintain strong alignment between industry teams, alliances, and sales leaders.

  • Own regional revenue and bookings targets; report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and pursuit progress.

Sales & Pre-Sales Execution

  • Lead opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and solution shaping for CES engagements.

  • Drive pre-sales activities including client discovery workshops, solution architecture sessions, RFP responses, and executive presentations.

  • Strengthen pursuit discipline using repeatable assets, use cases, and solution accelerators.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contract structures in coordination with legal and finance stakeholders.

Industry & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with industry teams to tailor CES solutions for high-priority verticals — including Financial Services, Energy & Resources, Public Sector, and Manufacturing.

  • Representing CES in senior client meetings, executive briefings, and strategic account reviews.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships at the C-suite and VP level across target accounts.

  • Act as a credible thought leader in the market, participating in industry events and client forums.

Offering & Enablement

  • Partner with offering and engineering teams to refine use cases, solution bundles, and pricing constructs based on market feedback.

  • Provide structured input on offering gaps, emerging client needs, and the competitive landscape.

  • Develop and maintain reusable sales collateral, demonstrations, and GTM assets for use across the sales organization.

  • Enable and coach sales colleagues on CES positioning and pursue best practices.
