Job Description:

We are looking for Senior SAP CO Consultant

• Flexible work model with up to 50% travel to Germany during different phases of project duration

• Client from manufacturing industry

• Long-term project

We are expanding our presence with a key customer (manufacturing industry) through large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries. The project involves implementing core SAP modules to standardize processes globally, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize operations. Consultants will work in an international environment, closely collaborating with local teams and the central governance team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) modules for cost management and profitability analysis.

• Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to design controlling structures.

• Configure CO components such as Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

• Support integration with FI and other SAP modules.

• Prepare documentation and deliver training sessions for business users.

• Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistency and adherence to global standards.

Professional experience and qualifications required:

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling (Organization structure, Master Data, Cost element accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre accounting, Product Costing, Profitability analysis, Internal orders)

• Very good process understanding for internal business processes in the areas of controlling and integration to other core SAP modules.

• Experience in at least 2 SAP E2E implementations over the entire life cycle.

• Experience at least 2 SAP S/4HANA   rollouts with experience in conducting Fit to template / explore phases.

• Providing sound solutions in the S/4HANA   environment based on the customer’s specific business requirements.

• Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for Controlling master data and transaction objects.

• Good communication and assertiveness as the consultant will play the role of ‘Template Defender’.
