We are looking for Service Desk Analysts to join the team. There are a number of different roles with different expertise.
Key Requirements
- High school education or equivalent, plus 6–12 months of IT or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior customer-facing experience (remote or in-person)
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with computer technology
- Proficiency with common applications (e.g., Microsoft Office; Remote Helpdesk Tools, ServiceNow (or ticketing systems), ASD or call centre phone systems)
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and accuracy in data entry
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience in phone-based remote support, e-support, or live chat environments
- Desirable: knowledge of call routing and ticketing systems
Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- 🛠️ Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
- 🔑 Assist with password resets, account access, and user setup
- 📋 Log, track, and update support tickets in the helpdesk system
- 📚 Provide clear instructions and guidance to users
- 🔄 Escalate unresolved or complex issues to other support teams
- ✅ Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
Typical Requirements
- Entry-level IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or IT support preferred
