Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Cloud & Integration Support
-
Assist in supporting cloud and integration operations under guidance of senior team members.
-
Help monitor and maintain integration processes within the BOOMI platform.
-
Perform routine and proactive operational tasks (e.g., monitoring alerts, checking job statuses).
-
Provide basic L1/L2 support for BOOMI runtime and infrastructure issues with supervision.
-
Document processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
-
Assist in administrative tasks such as:
-
Access and permission requests
-
Folder creation and updates
-
User creation (QA and Production environments)
-
Certificate updates (with guidance)
-
Incident & Request Management (ITIL)
-
Monitor and handle basic incident and request tickets assigned to BOOMI.
-
Acknowledge and respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
-
Escalate complex or critical issues to senior engineers (L2/L3 or Ops Leads).
-
Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution.
-
Assist in sending status updates and incident communications.
-
Support the team in meeting SLA targets such as:
-
Incident and Request response times (PWT)
-
Resolution timelines (MTTR)
-
Service Operations & Learning
-
Follow established ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Access).

Support monitoring activities and help identify potential issues early.
-
Contribute to knowledge management documentation.
-
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
-
Stay updated on basic cloud and integration technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
-
Open to fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
-
Basic understanding of cloud concepts and IT systems
-
Willingness to learn integration platforms (e.g., BOOMI) and ITIL processes
-
Basic knowledge of any programming/scripting language is a plus
-
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Other Qualifications:
-
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage
-
Familiarity with ITIL concepts is a plus (certification not required)
-
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical support environment

Ability to follow processes and work in a structured operations setup
