We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Tester to join our ServiceNow delivery team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about software quality assurance and eager to learn both manual and automation testing in a global working environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand business requirements and functional specifications.
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing for web-based and ServiceNow applications.
• Support automation testing activities under guidance from senior team members.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare testing documentation and test reports.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Software Testing/QA.
• Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of software testing concepts and defect tracking.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn ServiceNow platform and testing automation.
• Willingness to fully participate in ServiceNow training programs.
• Good English communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment.
• Willingness to work on both manual and automation testing assignments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, or ITIL concepts.
• Understanding of automation testing tools.
• Experience from academic projects, internships, or personal software testing projects.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (or willingness to pursue certification).
