职位介绍：

数字制作人将参与制定和执行度假区数字化的战略和愿景，并协助新产品的开发，测试，内容管理，产品配置，发布及推广。

该职位还将领导数字产品的日常运营，包括应用程序、网页以及第三方平台。该职位具有跨职能的性质：数字制作人将与产品、开发、设计、测试、数据分析、市场、法务、公关部和需求方密切合作，将产品推向市场。

工作内容：

• 直营渠道e-Commerce 新产品发布管理，完成渠道运营指标，内容运营及平台沟通,

• 推进高效数字运营管理和运营创新

• 运营流程管理，制定并优化数字运营流程

• 质量管控及风险控制，与关键利益相关者合作协调业务需求，达成业务共识，管理业务进度, 完成运营产品上线及沟通计划

• 信息发布及产品管理后台系统优化及整合

任职要求：

• 学士学位及以上，信息管理，市场或信息系统技术专业优先

• 拥有1-3年以上数字运营或内容运营或电子商务相关经验优先

• 有网页/APP/WeChat平台运营经验，理解设计与需求，了解敏捷开发，项目管理流程，尊重流程, 有后台信息发布系统使用经验者优先

• 有内容营销经验，对消费者行为敏感，对产品敏感，对文字信息敏感并关注细节

• 出色的沟通技巧，具有与其他合作方建立联系、合作、谈判及有效整合的能力

• 出色的分析及解决问题能力

• 流利的中英文书写能力
