Roles & Responsibilities:
• Development and configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items. Design and development.
This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.Setting business rules.
• Integration:
Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub and develop applications.
• Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs. Use the codes for customization.
• Data management: Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity. Maintain Data Management and reports. Manage the imports and exports and ensure data management. And ensure integrity.
• Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing. Testing Support and solve the flaws and issues.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Provide technical and customary support as well. Both supports are essential.
Qualifications:
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level).
• Plus, additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one:
o Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder,
Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test frame design.
