Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP modules (SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/WM/HR/etc. based on role).
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a production support environment.
- Participate in upgrade assessment workshops and readiness checks.
- Conduct Simplification Item checks, ATC checks, and custom code impact analysis (for S/4 upgrades).
- S/4HANA Skills – Develop and optimize code using
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 4-6 years of relevant work experience in industry.
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 4-6+ years of experience in SAP technical architecture, with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering SAP solutions for enterprise clients.
- SAP Certifications in relevant areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, or SAP BTP are highly desirable.
