Job Description:

DXC Technology is seeking a high-potential, growth-oriented Account Executive to lead the expansion of our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) business within a major Financial Services client based in Zurich.

This is a strategic growth role focused on significantly expanding the CES footprint within an account where DXC currently has a strong infrastructure presence but a relatively low penetration of Applications, Consulting, Data, and AI services.

The successful candidate will define and execute DXC’s CES penetration strategy, using consulting-led sales and SME-driven engagements to establish credibility, open new buying centers, and create a bridgehead for large-scale transformation programs.

This role requires an individual capable of building a business within an account, developing executive relationships, and leading consulting-led growth from a low install base to a scaled strategic partnership.

Candidates with experience in pure-play Indian IT Services firms are strongly preferred, particularly those familiar with consulting-led account penetration models and offshore-enabled delivery expansion.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious mid-career professional seeking advancement into strategic account leadership and broader business leadership roles.

Strategic Mission

Establish and scale CES as a trusted transformation partner within the client by:

• Creating and executing a Zurich-based CES account penetration strategy

• Building consulting-led entry points with senior client stakeholders and budget holders

• Establishing initial consulting, applications, data, and AI engagements

• Converting early engagements into scaled transformation programmes

• Leveraging DXC’s existing infrastructure footprint to expand into higher-value CES services

• Building and leading a high-performing CES account team

What to expect?

  • Lead the growth of Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) within a major Financial Services client in Zurich

  • Build consulting-led entry points beyond a strong infrastructure footprint

  • Open new buying centers and establish DXC as a trusted transformation partner

  • Shape and execute the CES account growth strategy with full ownership

  • Convert early advisory engagements into large-scale transformation programs

  • Work closely with senior client executives and global delivery teams

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience in IT services sales, consulting, or account development

  • Exposure to Financial Services clients (Switzerland or Europe preferred)

  • Background in Applications, Consulting, Digital, Data, or Engineering services

  • Strong consulting-led, commercial mindset with the ability to grow an account from a low base

  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, business leaders)

  • Experience with offshore-enabled delivery models is a strong advantage
