Job Summary

We are seeking an Azure Cloud / Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong cloud and system support experience to support infrastructure-related activities across cloud and on-prem environments. This role requires good technical knowledge in Azure and infrastructure systems, along with strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Data Center, Network, Security, DBA, and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate is not a pure data center engineer, but a hands-on system support professional with solid cloud exposure, who can bridge technical execution and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Azure server provisioning and infrastructure setup.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain and validate Windows and database server configurations.
• Communicate server deployment schedules and updates to relevant users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ETS teams to provision Windows and database servers, including Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations.
• Work closely with Network and Security teams on firewall (FW) and Network Security Group (NSG) rule setup.
• Support installation of AML applications and databases in collaboration with vendors.
• Partner with vendors, DBA, Market IT, and GFT teams to migrate database schema and data from existing servers.
• Support DR-related infrastructure activities and testing.
• Organize, maintain, and update infrastructure documentation and information files.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability, ensuring infrastructure stability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system support and/or IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong cloud infrastructure background, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid experience with MSSQL / SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with web application management and system monitoring.
• Good understanding of infrastructure operations across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing a large volume of infrastructure resources efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management tools.
• Network knowledge and exposure to firewall and security configurations.
• Relevant certifications are a plus, such as:
  • Microsoft Azure certifications
  • CCNA / CCNP
  • MCSE
