About the Role
We are inviting enthusiastic students to join our Network Engineering team as Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.
As a Network Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to network design, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
A Level 1 Technician is responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.
Some of the primary duties include:
• Event Verification / Initial Triage
• Incident Record Opening
• Answer phone Calls
• Create / troubleshoot incident tickets
• Engage the vendor & field services as needed
• Create RCA's
• Execute RMA process
• Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact
Skillset:
Cisco devices
HPN devices (H3C / Procurve / 3com/Aruba ) – optional
F5 Load Balancer
Cloud Networking
Eligibility :
Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University
Intake:2026
Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: Malaysian citizen
