Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, contribute to the improvement of the codebase, and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and guidance to junior team members.
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the software development industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills
Other Qualifications:
• Experience with microservice architecture and expertise in Microservice Framework 2
• Certified Function Point Practitioner (CFPP) with expertise in functional sizing and project estimation
• Agile Business Analysis expertise, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
