We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into an effective platform architecture aligned with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture, technical standards, design principles, and implementation roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Platform Design and Governance: Design scalable and maintainable platform solutions, establish governance, and ensure configurations and customizations follow ServiceNow best practices.
- Integration Architecture: Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, web services, MID Server, and other appropriate technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction, review solution designs and code, guide developers, and support technical decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Requirements and Advisory: Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to assess requirements, identify solution options, and recommend suitable ServiceNow capabilities.
- Security and Performance: Define role-based access, data security, platform performance, availability, and upgrade strategies to support stable enterprise operations.
- Delivery Assurance: Support estimation, planning, testing, deployment, release management, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex platform issues and risks.
- Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Maintain architecture documents, technical standards, and solution records. Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and drive platform optimization and reuse.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience and proven experience in a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Architect role.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and application development.
- Experience designing solutions across ServiceNow products such as IRM/GRC, TPRM, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other relevant modules.
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services, authentication methods, and data migration.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow implementation methodologies, agile delivery, DevOps, and release management practices.
- Ability to assess platform health, performance, scalability, technical debt, and upgrade impact, and recommend practical improvements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer are preferred. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues and make sound architecture decisions.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, documentation, and collaboration skills, with close attention to quality and best practices.
