Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for SAP CRM incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support enhancements, minor developments, and change requests.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, FI, ABAP) for integrated process issues.
- Monitor interfaces, middleware (e.g., CRM–ECC integration), and data consistency.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing activities.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in industry.
- Proven experience in SAP CRM
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP CRM support/AMS projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, etc.
- Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of middleware concepts (BDoc monitoring, queues, replication issues).
- Basic debugging knowledge (ABAP) preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/on-call support environments.
