Job Description:
We are looking for a Middle-Level Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support the development team in delivering high‑quality solutions. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, solid analytical thinking, and hands‑on experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
- Use SQL to perform data queries, validation, and support data-driven decision making.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, requirement specifications, and workflow diagrams.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external clients when required.
- Support project planning, risk identification, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Solid SQL querying skills for data analysis and requirement validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional team.
