Job Description:

About DXC Bulgaria

We are DXC – a Fortune 500 global IT services leader.

In Bulgaria, we are among the largest IT employers, delivering the full spectrum of the company’s diverse technical portfolio. Our teams work across cutting-edge technologies, contributing to projects that span industries and geographies.

We foster continuous learning and professional growth, offering access to targeted training and certifications aligned with individual interests and career aspirations.

Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared values empowers professionals to grow and succeed.

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Expert to join the Digital Data & Insights team — the analytics backbone of DXC's global Marketing Demand Generation organization. In this role, you will be accountable for turning multi-source digital data into insights and recommendations that shape global marketing decisions. You will own and connect the full digital analytics stack — web, search, LLMs, email, social, campaign and sales data — into one coherent picture, ensuring that every recommendation you make is grounded in reliable data and translated into business impact. Your primary stakeholders are the Digital Channels team (website and email marketing), with a steady stream of projects across the wider demand generation organization, including campaign performance and data attribution. The work is genuinely global — multiple regions, time zones and senior stakeholders — and you will present your findings and proposals. In parallel, you will be developing the AI agents for internal operations.

Daily Challenges

  • Own web and digital analytics end to end across Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs, LinkedIn, Google, Marketo, Salesforce, etc — connected as one picture, not ten separate tabs.
  • Deliver insight, not reporting: explain why a metric moved, what it means for pipeline, and what to do next — with quick wins when they exist and investment recommendations when they don't.
  • Maintain, measure and continuously improve a custom-built marketing performance index that guides the next move of global marketing and content — including its methodology.
  • Build and refine integrations and automations across the Marketo–Salesforce and the wider stack, including AI-assisted analytics workflows the team is actively rolling out.
  • Monitor structural shifts in digital behavior — such as AI search absorbing informational queries — quantify their impact, and propose the response before anyone asks.
  • Prepare and present executive-ready analyses to senior stakeholders across regions / industries / campaign types, translating technical findings into language any audience understands.
  • Ensure data quality and definitional consistency across sources, so that every number the team publishes can be defended.

eXperience and Skills Required

  • Proven, hands-on depth in digital analytics — Adobe Analytics (or equivalent enterprise platform) plus Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager are essential; experience across Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Semrush/Ahrefs, LinkedIn and YouTube analytics is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM data (Marketo and Salesforce preferred), including campaign attribution and funnel analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine multiple data sources into a single analytical narrative and derive recommendations with quantified business impact.
  • Strong SEO/search analytics understanding, including the current shift toward AI-driven search and its measurement implications.
  • Interest in — ideally experience with — AI-assisted analytics workflows and automation.
  • Fluent English and the ability to translate technical data into clear, stakeholder-ready language; presentation skills to senior audiences are a serious plus.
  • Self-driven working style: big scope, real independence, proposals brought proactively — comfortable operating without micromanagement in an international, multi-time-zone environment.
