What you will be doing
The Training & Adoption Lead is responsible for designing, coordinating and embedding training and capability solutions that support successful implementation of regulatory, operational and system change across the Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance business. The role ensures employees and leaders have the knowledge, skills and support required to adopt new ways of working, while providing ongoing feedback loops to identify adoption barriers, emerging risks and further change requirements.
Working closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts, technology stakeholders and Case Managers, the Training & Adoption Lead drives workforce readiness, capability uplift and sustainable adoption to maximise business outcomes and compliance performance.
The skills you’ll bring
To be successful in this role you should have:
Education:
- A qualification or certification in a Business, Organisational Change, Human Resources, Project Management, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline
Desirable:
- Qualification or certification in Adult Learning, Training & Assessment, Organisational Change or Change Management.
- Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent Change Management certification.
- Project Management certification or related qualification.
- Industry qualifications relevant to Workers’ Compensation, Insurance or Claims Management.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in training, learning and development, organisational change, capability uplift or adoption-focused roles.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs within complex operational environments.
- Proven ability to translate technical, legislative or process changes into practical learning solutions.
- Experience collecting and analysing stakeholder feedback to improve adoption outcomes.
- Experience supporting large-scale business, regulatory or system change initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong instructional design and adult learning capability.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical and regulatory concepts into practical operational training.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience monitoring adoption effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
