Job Description:

DXC Technology is a leading global technology services provider helping the world's largest enterprises and public sector organizations modernize mission-critical systems, optimize operations, and accelerate innovation through AI, cloud, security, and enterprise technology solutions.

Our Insurance Software and Business Process Solutions (ISB) organization partners with insurers worldwide to transform and manage core insurance operations. By combining deep insurance expertise, market-leading software platforms, and AI-powered solutions, we help clients modernize policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting, and digital engagement across Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty Insurance.

Are you a senior P&C insurance business leader who knows how to run and grow a large-scale outsourced insurance services operation?

Do you combine deep Property & Casualty insurance expertise with strong commercial acumen, operational leadership and a passion for innovation?

This is an exciting opportunity to join DXC Technology's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) business and take a leading role in shaping the future of our Property & Casualty Business Process Services organization.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager – Property & Casualty Business Process Services to lead a significant global portfolio of outsourced insurance operations supporting leading US P&C insurance carriers.

This is much more than an operational delivery role. You will have the opportunity to shape and grow an established business, lead large international teams, strengthen strategic client relationships and drive meaningful improvements in business performance and profitability.

You will bring together operational excellence, financial discipline, commercial growth and technology-enabled transformation to take the P&C BPS business to its next stage of development.

What You'll Lead

Global Business & Operational Leadership

  • Lead a large-scale P&C insurance BPS portfolio across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery locations.
  • Drive operational excellence, service quality, productivity and workforce effectiveness.
  • Build and develop high-performing delivery and account leadership teams.

Financial & Commercial Performance

  • Own significant business and financial performance responsibilities, including revenue, profitability, budgets and margins.
  • Drive portfolio growth, account expansion, renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams on strategic pursuits, solution development and client negotiations.

Executive Client Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives at major US P&C insurance carriers.
  • Lead executive governance, strategic business reviews and transformation discussions.
  • Position DXC as a strategic business partner, delivering measurable value to clients.

Transformation, Automation & AI

  • Drive modernization of outsourced insurance operations through process optimization, automation and AI.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cycle times and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with DXC's insurance software and technology teams to develop innovative, technology-enabled service offerings.

What We're Looking For

We want a proven business operator who has successfully led outsourced P&C insurance operations from the service-provider/BPO side.

You will ideally bring:

  • 15+ years of experience across insurance operations, BPS/BPO or managed services.
  • Significant Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • A proven track record of running large-scale outsourced insurance operations.
  • Experience leading substantial organizations across multiple geographies, ideally 150+ employees.
  • Direct financial and P&L accountability, including revenue, profitability and margin management.
  • Established relationships with US-based P&C insurance carrier clients.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with senior insurance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation, account growth and commercial expansion.
  • Experience leveraging automation, digital solutions and AI to improve business outcomes.

Experience managing a P&C BPS portfolio approaching or exceeding $50M in annual revenue would be a significant advantage.

Why DXC?

DXC sits at the intersection of insurance expertise, technology, software and business process services.

Our Insurance Software and BPS business helps some of the world's leading insurers modernize and operate their core business processes, supported by established insurance platforms, deep industry knowledge and emerging AI capabilities.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact: leading a major services organization, shaping client relationships, developing new capabilities and helping define the future of insurance operations.

Is This Your Next Leadership Opportunity?

If you are currently leading a significant P&C insurance BPS/BPO business, or have previously held a senior regional, global or business unit leadership position within an insurance services provider, we would like to hear from you.

Important: This opportunity is specifically for leaders with hands-on experience running outsourced P&C insurance operations from the service-provider side. Insurance carrier experience or consulting experience alone will not be sufficient.

Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
