Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Oversee system operations including SLA performance, change management, patching, and vendor management.
- Coordinate closely with users, vendors, government agencies, and internal project teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance for system-related issues.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and prepare status reports.
- Ensure compliance with government security and procurement practices.
- Drive process improvements and support a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or PR only for client requirement.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of ICT project management or service delivery experience (preferably government-related).
- Experience with IT Infrastructure and IT Security.
- Strong communications, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or CITPM preferred.
- Knowledge of GIS, data analytics, or ETL is a bonus.
