Responsibilities

– Assist in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions under the guidance of senior developers

– Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technologies

– Support the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to streamline processes

– Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support

– Learn and apply best practices in ServiceNow development to optimize system performance

– Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in ServiceNow development

Requirements

– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

– Basic understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

– Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of ServiceNow development

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

– ServiceNow certification(s) or training courses is a plus

Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
