ServiceNow Technical Lead – Insurance / FSO
Type: Full‑Time
Location: Hybrid/Flexible
DXC Technology is a global IT services leader, helping organizations modernize operations and drive innovation across their enterprise technology stack. Within DXC, our Assure Smart Apps team delivers insurance‑focused digital transformation using the ServiceNow platform.
The Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to deliver insurance workflow solutions on ServiceNow FSO. You will lead hands‑on development, manage code migration and releases, drive automation using native ServiceNow tools, and mentor junior developers. You’ll work on solutions spanning claims, policy servicing, billing integrations, AI document processing, and compliance automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices
- Review, refactor, and optimize code across custom applications
- Manage code and configuration migration from development to production
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and release cycles
- Drive automation using Flow Designer, Playbooks, and ATF
- Mentor developers and promote technical excellence
Required Experience
- 8–10 years ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required
- Strong JavaScript/Glide scripting and platform architecture knowledge
- Proven experience with releases, upgrades, and legacy code modernization
ServiceNow Expertise
Customer Service Management (CSM) – must have
Plus experience in one or more of: Flow Designer, Playbooks, UI Builder, ATF, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow FSO experience
- Insurance domain knowledge (claims, policy, billing, compliance)
- Agile/DevOps delivery, CI/CD, source control tools
- Experience with AI‑driven document processing or Generative AI
