Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
-
Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals, network devices).

Maintain accurate asset inventories in HAM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow).
-
Perform asset audits and reconciliations; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
-
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and vendor agreements.
-
Support procurement, refresh, reuse, and disposal processes.
-
Analyze asset data to improve cost optimization and utilization.
-
Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
-
Work closely with IT operations, finance, procurement, and security teams.
Skills & Experience
-
8+ years of overall experience with 3–5 years in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
-
Knowledge of IT Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management principles.

Experience with asset discovery tools and CMDBs.
-
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
-
Understanding of hardware lifecycle, contracts, and compliance requirements.

Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management
-
Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms)
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)

Strong analytical and data reconciliation capabilities
-
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications

IAITAM certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM)

Lean Six Sigma certification

Experience in enterprise/global asset management environments
