We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, process consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The role will bridge business and technology teams to ensure solutions effectively address client requirements and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business discussions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Work with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to design appropriate solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and target-state solutions.
- Support solution testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in change management, end-user training, and user adoption activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
- Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English communication.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to the ServiceNow platform or ServiceNow projects.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, CMDB, Asset Management, HRSD, CSM, or related ServiceNow modules.
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Business Process Consulting (BPC)
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise IT environments.
