Job Description:

Business Systems Analyst – Healthcare Provider

Working Hours: 7:30PM – 03:30AM IST
Location: Pan India
Relevant Experience: 3+ Years
Required Skills:
• PMP or equivalent certification – Must have
• ServiceNow experience for project tracking and management
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards

• IT project coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or technology environments
• Strong team-oriented skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with prior experience working with onshore clients
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar tools
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
