We’re Hiring: Senior PowerApps Developer
Location: Hybrid – DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Core Platform
-
Design, develop, and implement custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

Customize forms, views, dashboards, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
-
Design secure and scalable data models.
-
Manage solutions (managed/unmanaged).
Development
-
Implement JavaScript for form logic.
-
Develop C# plugins and custom workflows.
-
Create custom connectors and virtual tables.
-
Integrate PowerApps with Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and APIs.
-
Integrate AI Builder models into PowerApps to enhance application functionality with AI-driven insights

Utilize pre-built and custom AI models for PowerApps
Architecture & Leadership
-
Define solution architecture and security roles.

Lead CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Mentor and train junior developers to build their capabilities.
-
Drive ALM best practices and conduct code reviews.
General
-
Ensure data integrity and security within Dataverse and SharePoint environments.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PowerApps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

Provide training and support to end-users.
Education and Experience Required:
-
Typically, 6-8 years of relevant work experience in industry. Proven experience in Senior PowerApps
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
5+ years of experience in developing solutions using PowerApps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
-
Strong understanding of Power Platform components and capabilities.
-
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#/Dotnet, and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in developing solutions using PowerApps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.

Strong understanding of Power Platform components and capabilities.

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#/Dotnet, and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Certification in Power Platform or related technologies.
