About the role
Join DXC's Data & AI practice as a Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master. You'll work alongside experienced project managers and agile delivery teams to help bring Data & AI projects to life — on time, within scope, and within budget.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their PM career to grow under the guidance of senior colleagues, gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, and build a career in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology.
Daily challenges
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables together with senior PMs and stakeholders
- Serve as supporting Scrum Master for agile teams — facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (with guidance from senior colleagues)
- Support project planning and monitoring of timelines, resources, and budgets
- Help remove impediments and blockers so teams can progress smoothly
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization
- Support requirement-gathering sessions and client workshops
- Track team performance metrics and prepare regular project status updates
- Contribute to risk identification and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product owners)
- Support quality assurance of project deliverables — configuration, testing, and documentation
eXperience and skills required
- 1–3 years of experience in project delivery, coordination, or a related role; 0–1 year as Scrum Master is an advantage
- PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) certification (or willingness to obtain shortly after joining)
- General Project Management knowledge (CAPM or equivalent training is a plus)
- Slovak — fluent (must-have) in speech and writing — this is essential for daily collaboration with customers and internal teams
- English — advanced in speech and writing
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites within Slovakia as required by project needs
- Eligibility to work in Slovakia
Nice to have:
- previous work experience with public sector client
- Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or ITIL frameworks
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools or the Now Assist Learning Path
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Foundational understanding of the Data & AI domain

We offer salary from 1,500 EUR/month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
