Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to packaged software and SAP application development projects.

• Collaborate with the team on coding, testing, and maintenance tasks.

• Follow coding standards and best practices and participate in code reviews.

• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software and application support issues.

• Learn and apply programming concepts, development techniques, and SAP-related processes.

• Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Support SAP and other enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of incidents.

• Assist in application configuration, workflow management, and change management activities.

• Work with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, and follow ITIL frameworks in application support tasks.

• Seek guidance from senior team members and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields

• Basic knowledge with Python, Java, SQL, and application development.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, or ITIL frameworks is a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
