Job Description:

The Role:

As a DXC software support analyst for Kinaxis – Rapid Response, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day system monitoring and operational support for the Kinaxis – Rapid Response SCM software. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to Kinaxis – Rapid Response, including but not limited to modules such as, Supply Chain Management.

• Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported problems, system errors, and performance issues, escalating to appropriate teams/vendors when necessary.

• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as applying business routine requests in accordance with best practices and change management procedures.

• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions or system enhancements.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Kinaxis – Rapid Response SCM Software

• Ability to multi task while supporting multiple customers in an SLA driven environment.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment

• Ability to devise creative business solutions

• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and functional modules is a plus.

• Proficiency in configuration analysis and troubleshooting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical / functional issues and propose effective solutions.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

• Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus

• Interested in designing and implementing automated systems or processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
