Job Description:

Field Services Engineer / FS Technician

• Provide basic on‑site IT support for end‑user devices and workplace infrastructure.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues under supervision.
• Support break‑fix activities and preventive maintenance as guided by senior staff.
• Perform device setup, installation, imaging, and basic configuration tasks.
• Handle routine service requests such as password reset coordination, device allocation, and user assistance.
• Update tickets accurately in ITSM tools and follow defined support processes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or leads in a timely manner.
• Support Digital Bar activities, assisting walk‑in users with standard IT queries and device setups.
• Assist in basic asset management, device handling, and inventory tracking.
• Provide support for user moves, add/change requests, and workplace readiness tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain good customer interaction with a service‑oriented approach.
• Support VIP users when required, with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Continuously learn tools, technologies, and processes to improve technical capability.
