We are seeking an Eligibility Team Leader to guide, support and develop a team responsible for eligibility decision-making within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
 

About the role

As an Eligibility Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve strong performance and quality outcomes

  • Provide guidance on eligibility decisions and ensure compliance with legislative and business requirements

  • Support team members through complex decision-making and problem solving

  • Monitor performance, identify development needs and drive continuous improvement

  • Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
     

About you

While prior experience specifically in Eligibility is desirable, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates who bring:

  • Extensive experience in Workers Compensation, Personal Injury Management, or a closely related sector

  • Demonstrated leadership or people management capability (or strong potential and readiness to step into leadership)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Confidence navigating complex matters and supporting others through them
