ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow team implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.

The ServiceNow Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, developers, consultants, and vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee sessions, and status reporting.
• Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or other platform capabilities.
• Work closely with ServiceNow architects and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption, training, change management, and transition to support teams.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ServiceNow roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in digital transformation, IT service management, or enterprise platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in large enterprise or government environments.
