About This Role
We are seeking a Contract Operations Coordinator to provide hands‑on coordination and governance across the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle. You will help ensure contracts are complete, executable, compliant, traceable, and centrally managed from opportunity intake through renewal or exit.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate contract intake, drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and execution activities end to end
- Ensure required inputs, stakeholder engagement, approvals, and signatory authority are complete, accurate, and auditable
- Orchestrate cross‑functional reviews with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Product, Security/Compliance, and governance approvers
- Support contract onboarding, structured handoffs to delivery/operations, and central archiving of executed agreements
- Contract Obligation Management
- Support extraction and documentation of contractual obligations (commercial, delivery, compliance, reporting)
- Coordinate assignment and confirmation of obligation ownership across stakeholders, including acceptance of accountability
- Assist in establishing obligation tracking and monitoring routines, dashboards, and evidence repositories
- Support amendments, changes, audits, and compliance activities, including evidence coordination, follow‑ups, and issue tracking
- Track key dates, notice periods, renewals, extensions, and exits to enable proactive planning
- Maintain contract logs, reporting, and stakeholder visibility (status, cycle time, risks, obligations)
- Serve as the central coordination point for contract documentation, lifecycle tracking, and stakeholder communications
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Operations, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple deals/contracts in parallel
- 3+ years of experience in contract operations, contract administration, commercial operations, or a related role coordinating cross-functional workflows
- Ability to document processes, maintain audit-ready records, and drive follow-ups to closure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and repositories (e.g., Sirion, SharePoint, or similar)
- Experience supporting obligation management, compliance evidence collection, or audit coordination
- Exposure to SaaS / services delivery contracts and cross-regional stakeholder coordination
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to create reporting views/dashboards (Power BI a plus)
